The simple fact that the Financial Times is a UK company and therefore their privacy policy actually means something kind of takes the wind out of your sails somewhat.
Just read their privacy policy and it is clear that they only send you junk email if you explicitly allow it. Plus as an ex-FT subscriber I can state I haven't received any junk mail of any kind.
Then why don't they let me explicitly allow it like Apple wants them to do?

No. If you take a life, you get to sit in a small dark room for 23,5 out of 24 hours of each day for the rest of your life. You will not be able to kill yourself, you will have to endure the absolute solitude. (EDIT: This is pretty much only for premeditated stuff, if you ask me)
Killing people is morally wrong (according to my beliefs), therefore I cannot support the killing of a criminal either, no matter how bad the crime is. If we take a stand and say that ending a human life is wrong, we can't kill anyone at all. Even Josef Fritzl is a human being, albeit he does give Hitler good run for his money on being an ass.

I called up CS (to talk about an unauthorized charge) and then the CS rep let me know of the Unlimited M2M plan. Switched it and it was rather painless.

I love these threads, there are always little apps coming out and this is a great way to hear about them. I just installed Bytecontroller, it's exactly what I've been looking for in a menubar iTunes controller - simple.
Does anyone know of a freeware app to monitor connections to your wireless network? My friend has something like this for Windows, not sure if there is something similar for mac (I'm a little paranoid).

I send out a lot of resumes but no real nibbles yet. I think networking and knocking on doors will probably get my farther than the monster.com approach I've been using :)

Some people will want to wait for the 5. Some, need a phone now, and happen to like the white. Some people will like the white so much that they will pay extra for it. Apple shouldn't be able to do anything. TJ Max buys at retail and sells for $100 off at a loss. This so far has become the most cost effective advertising campaign for TJ Max EVER! Just look at it. Mac Rumors is talking about TJ Max. this will probably hit major news networks as well if it hasn't already.

4.5 now. Higher than that it starts to become less and less efficient. I can run at full load at minimal increased heat and power consumption over the stock 3.8 turbo. 4.6 and up on this chip starts to require more juice.
