A rather unfortunate incident changed the face of yesterday's Abu Dhabi race, and consequently the championship. Schumacher's spin on lap one left Liuzzi with nowhere to go but over the top of him; the resulting Safety Car window allowed various strategic pit-ins, ultimately allowing Vettel to take first place, followed by a McLaren 2-3.
So, Vettel won the drivers title to add to Red Bull Racing's manufacturers title. Mark Webber enigmatically seemed to confirm that he will be sticking with Red Bull for 2011. Button and Hamilton had much to smile about, and seem quite cheery about next season. Ferrari are back on top of things. All in all, an excellent season - March can't come quickly enough.
