Porsche 917
The 917 was one of the scariest and most revered, successful and beautifully purposeful Porsches ever made. It dominated Le Mans in the early seventies, made waves in Can-Am and was immortalised by Steve McQueen in the movie Le Mans. One lunatic customer even managed to get one road-registered.
