You either get bōsōzoku or you don't. A radical Japanese tuning subculture characterised by absurdly ostentatious spoilers, exhausts and body addenda, their rasping revs and facemelting colour schemes often invite derision from outsiders. Which is exactly what the bōsō boys want. The cars look like seventies Group 5 racers on acid, and sound like they're blowing raspberries at you. Brilliantly naughty.
