This is the kind of build I love. From looking at that first photo, you'd be forgiven for thinking that this was little more than a regular Renault 5 GT Turbo, modified in the nineties style of big rims and lairy paintwork. No ostentatious bodykits or in-your-face intercoolers here, just boxy, Gallic hatchback styling.
Scratch the surface, however, and you discover something astonishing. This is no ordinary 5; in fact, the rear houses a Ford RS200 spaceframe, cradling a Cosworth YB Turbo tweaked to produce around 340bhp. Pretty much everything you can think of in this build is bespoke, and the performance is staggering. But you'd never suspect it from the outside, would you?
