A new member of the Thing Network

I'm delighted to discover 3D Thing, the fourth member of the (not actually real) Thing Network, along with the excellent Video Thing and my better looking, more successful younger brother Retro Thing. Chris is covering all kinds of 3D, from the latest 3D projectors to ghetto 3D scanners to super-ghetto DIY renderfarms built from Ikea furniture.
